I've been fortunate to cook for some extraordinary people and events over the years. What stayed with me wasn't the names — it was the standard: care, timing, and making guests feel truly seen. Alára is my way of giving that feeling to Dallas, every day.
For years, I cooked for private tables across Dallas — dinners where every detail had to be right and nothing could be rushed. Alára is that same care, poured into a dining room this city can call its own.
