The Food
Our cooking begins with respect for the ingredient. Six ingredients or fewer in every dish, no seed oils, and a thoughtful hand in the kitchen. Olive oil, the brightness of lemon, fresh herbs, and a little fire bring the Mediterranean to our table. Time and care do the rest.
